Do you know what that means? Bad management. To put it simply this places hygiene, food, and staff were not good. I don't know what no taste bud chef came up with kettle chips with syrup on it but they need to go back to culinary school. I can see why in most of their dishes they just cover the thing in gravy. At this point I don't even know if it was a biscuit. It wasn't buttery, biscuity, or anything. I felt like I needed a bucket of water after simply taking a bite out of that thing. I felt like I was chewing on a hockey puck. I didn't even know it was possible but the biscuit was drier than a Popeyes biscuit and had no flavor. THIS IS THE MAPLE STREET BISCUIT COMPANY RIGHT? HOW ARE YOU GOING TO MESS UP THE BISCUIT AND NAME YOURSELF A BISCUIT COMPANY. Actually lets just call it a chicken rock. This chicken must have sat outside in the sun all day because it was more like chicken jerky. The chicken was drier than my ashy knee caps on a dry summer day. The chicken tender felt like a thick chip more than anything. The chicken tenders were 95% batter and 5% chicken. These have to be the worst chicken tenders I have ever had. As someone who is in love with chicken tenders. Third, the chicken tenders, biscuit, and chips. The egg was basically sunny side up and the white was still runny. Then they put 2 half effort eggs on the dish that weren't even cooked right or seasoned. Second, we got the Sunny O'Ryan with two over medium eggs. We went back up to ask for them, again no apology, just cut strawberries and thrown on the plate. But they forgot one of the toppings that go on it and that was the strawberries. Thankfully we had a gift card and didn't have to use our actual money. We ordered Sweet Grace, Sunny O'Ryan, Kettle Chips, and Steak & Gravy (replaced by chicken tender because they were out of steak.) Keep in mind this food all cost 40 bucks after taxes. Can you only assume how the food would be after all of the things I've seen and experienced. I go to sit back down and after 15 - 20 minutes. No apology, no compensation, no anything.

Can you guess what happened? They forgot about our order. The look on the employees face was priceless. So I go up to the register and ask how much longer our order would take. At this point everyone that ordered after us is done eating and leaving. we are all sitting there confused what is happening.

Then time starts going by 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes. So I switched the item I wanted to something else and was okay with waiting. However, it was actually one of the employees telling us that they were out of an item which again is no problem. So just starting off the most simple thing, soda was already wrong! Then we had to wait around 20 minutes for what we thought was going to be our food. If you work in the food industry at all you know that you are supposed to clean and soak the soda caps from the machine every night otherwise it will get mold. But as soon as I got a drink from the soda machine there were black pieces that came from the soda head which were mold. However, I was celebrating an early mothers day with my gfs mom and didn't want to bring any negativity. Right out the gate I knew something was wrong. But just like everything else, don't judge a book by its cover. At first you walk in and everything looks nice. Everything about this place was terrible.
